Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

All transportation and related services provided by Wellington Heavy Haul Inc. are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Service, available on our website.

Payment Terms: Payment is due by the date specified on this invoice.

Late Payment Interest: Overdue balances are subject to interest at 2% per month, compounded monthly (24% nominal annual rate; approximately 26.82% effective annual rate), calculated from the invoice due date until payment is received in full.

Collections: Accounts remaining unpaid may be referred to a collection agency or legal counsel. Customers agree to reimburse Wellington Heavy Haul Inc. for reasonable collection expenses actually incurred, including agency commissions, legal fees and court costs, to the extent recoverable under the agreement and applicable law.

Payment Arrangements: Extensions, payment plans or deferred charges must be approved by Wellington Heavy Haul Inc. in writing. Failure to comply with an agreed payment arrangement may result in termination of the arrangement and enforcement of applicable payment and collection terms.

Acceptance of Terms: By requesting, authorizing or accepting services, the customer agrees to be bound by them. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
